We congratulate the 2021/2022 Scholarship Recipients.

As we recover from the COVID pandemic isolation, we are making plans for fall activities. For example, all of us sometimes struggle with the most efficient usage of cell phones, emails, texting etc. Our students will host a series of educational sessions in the fall. Interested? Email us at info@polishamericanengneers.com and we will notify you of the dates.  We look forward to seeing you soon.

We are always looking for members and donors.  We exist because you care to support us and our students.  Thank you for your support.

Polish American Engineers Association of Florida held its first post-COVID fundraiser to benefit its scholarship fund.  The PAEA Board is pleased to report that the event was successful as it will allow them to be more generous in granting scholarships to the 9 applicants for the 2021/2022 academic year. The winners will be announced shortly.

The outdoor event was held on May 22, 2021 at the Seminole Lake Park Shelter in Seminole, FL.  Surrounded by the lake, playground with a climbing wall and a volleyball net, the area provided fun for the kids and a shade for the adults. Many thanks to the grill master Grzesiek (newly-elected President), Jurek (President Emeritus), the PAEA Board and all those who donated time, dishes, etc. We would like to express our special gratitude to the Polish School in Clearwater, especially Irena Bogusiewicz, teachers, parents and, of course, students, for joining us after their own year-end ceremony.  Thanks to the local sister organizations for joining us as well.  We are grateful to the raffle donors among them: Kozuba Distillery, Darek Urbaniak of For You Styling Studio, Polish Center for donating Sunday dinners, Chris & Richard for offering an afternoon cruise on a sail boat, Tom & Anna for the bottle of Jack Daniels, and a few other baskets.

Polish American Engineers Association of Florida Inc exists not only as a social and educational organization but also to award financial aid to deserving university students who need assistance to finish their studies. PAE also supports High School programs which help students develop STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) skills and interests such as High School Robotics Club.

To donate to the scholarship fund, send your check to Polish American Engineers Association of FL. P.O. Box 4642, Clearwater, FL 33758 or donate on line.  More information on www.polishamericanengineers.com

Statement of Purpose
Founded 22 February, 1996 as a Florida 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, the Polish American Engineers Association of Florida Inc exists not only as a social organization but also to award financial aid to deserving university students who need assistance to finish their studies.

Our Scholarship Fund
The principal source of our scholarship fund, in addition to member dues, originates from donations, our sponsorship of an annual dance at the Polish Center and other fundraising and cultural events.  Selected applicants are awarded financial assistance scholarships which are disbursed to the student’s university account. To date, we have awarded scholarships to many successful applicants. Scholarship applications are being accepted throughout the year and the scholarships are being granted early October.    How to apply

STEM
The organization also supports High School programs which help students develop STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) skills and interests.   Find out more about our local High School Robotics Club which we support.
